What should I do if the system isn’t working, and there is no video?

As a club manager, please follow the next steps:

1) Check the internet connection in your club, where the PUSHIT System is connected to.

2) Check the connection between the router and the switch.

3) Check the network cable connections of PUSHIT processor (controller), on both ends and make sure the power supply is properly plugged.

4) If all looks good, unplug this PUSHIT processor and the network switch from the power supply, wait 20 seconds, and plug it back. This will reboot it.

5) Test the system again by pressing the button.

Do you still have an issue? 

Connect the camera's network cable to another available port in the POE switch.
