It's a hardware issue.Please follow those steps:
1)Remove the white plastic cover from the top of the processor -> ask someone to press the button, and check if the little green light is turning on.If yes, check the connection between the processor and relay (little jumper wires).
If not turning on, check if the relay (blue component) is On, by verifying that the red LED is on and also check the connection in the back of the button itself.
