I see a disconnected camera image in the app. What to do?

Please follow the next steps:

The disconnected camera problem is usually due to a hardware connection failure. Unfortunately, it is most likely that the replays are not created, as there was no footage received from the camera by this time. 
We would appreciate your assistance in letting us know your club name and the court you have played on. 
Please also ask your club manager to contact us so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
